MBA - Practice Manager & Certificate IV Veterinary Nurse

Hi, I’m Olivia - the Practice Manager here at Morayfield & Narangba Vets.

My journey in veterinary nursing began in 2013, but in many ways, I’ve grown up in these clinics. From starting as a trainee nurse during high school to becoming Head Nurse at our Narangba branch in 2019, my passion for animal care and team leadership has only grown stronger. These clinics have always felt like home, thanks to the strong family values and supportive foundation established by Jenni and Richard.

As I moved into leadership, I discovered a deep interest in management, which led me to pursue a Master of Business Administration. I was thrilled to step into the role of Practice Manager, where I now focus on supporting our team, nurturing our culture, and guiding the continued growth of our two privately owned clinics.

I’m committed to delivering gold-standard veterinary care, tailored to the unique needs of every patient and pet owner. I’m proud to lead a compassionate, collaborative, and professional team—where everyone feels like family and every day ends with a shared sense of purpose and pride.

Outside of work, you’ll likely find me at the local CrossFit gym, enjoying a great meal, or spending time with my much-loved Border Collie x Belgian Shepherd, Bowie.
