END-OF-LIFE & PALLIATIVE CARE

PALLIATIVE & COMPASSIONATE END OF LIFE CARE
Palliative care focuses on maximising comfort and quality of life when a pet is facing a serious illness or old age. Our goal is to manage pain, discomfort, and symptoms so your pet can continue to enjoy their favourite activities, interactions, and routines.
We provide:
pain relief, anti-nausea medications, special diets, and other treatments to ease discomfort.
guidance to help you recognise changes in mobility, appetite, or enjoyment of life.
assistance and counselling for you and your family during this challenging time.

EUTHANASIA
When suffering can no longer be managed, euthanasia can be the kindest option for your pet. We provide this service in a calm and respectful environment, giving you choices about:
We place a catheter to administer the euthanasia solution. This can be done with or without the owner present, depending on your preference.
We allow as much time as you need to say farewell privately.
The procedure is quick, humane, and peaceful, allowing your pet to pass away comfortably and without pain.

AFTERCARE & MEMORIAL OPTIONS
Following euthanasia, we can guide you through aftercare choices, including:
If you wish to take your pet home, we can provide a biodegradable bag and guidance on local regulations.
We can arrange private or communal cremation and help celebrate the life you shared with your pet.
An alternative for those who prefer this option.
HOUSE-CALL EUTHANASIA
While we do not perform home visits, we can provide details of trusted companies who do, allowing your pet to pass away in the comfort of their own home if desired.
