Cancellation & Missed Appointment Policy

A deposit is required to secure an extended booking such as litters in for vaccination or post whelping checks for mum and bubs, which is put towards the visit. Litter bookings require a $50 deposit per pup/kitten and post whelping health checks requires a $50 deposit for the visit. Deposits are also required for clients with a history of missing scheduled appointments and for multiple pet appointments rescheduled within 24 hours.

Deposits are forfeited without refund when an appointment is missed with no notice, cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled time.

A cancellation fee is charged to large appointments that require a deposit for scheduling or for client files with booking restrictions due to consistent cancellation or missed appointments. These appointments may be cancelled with over 24 hours notice. If these appointments are cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time, the deposit is forfeited, and not refunded to the client.

A missed appointment is an appointment not attended without cancelling or without prior notice. In this circumstance, you will be charged a $50 deposit for appointments made in the future, which is put towards the visit. Online booking restrictions will be put in place on those files with a history of missed appointments to accommodate the collection of deposits where necessary.
